Lyndon Le: Physiotherapist

Lyndon’s desire is to help people overcome pain and return to their best function. He has a passion for helping active people, injury rehabilitation and sports performance and brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement and injuries into his practice. 

Lyndon’s approach focuses on using effective hands-on treatment, including dry needling when suitable, in combination with detailed motor control & strength and program to build resilience and confidence for all his clients.

Lyndon empowers his clients to understand their injury and take control of their health journey while providing expert guidance and support. 

Lyndon completed his Bachelor of Health Science followed by a Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University. He also holds a Bachelor of Sport Science and is a qualified strength & powerlifting coach. 

Current & past sporting coverage includes: 

  • The current lead Physiotherapist for Avondale FC (NPL and Australian Championships) .
  • Coburg Lions VFL 
  • Whittlesea Ranges FC 
  • Australian Youth Volleyball Championships

He also has extensive experience as a strength and powerlifting coach, working with both recreational and national-level athletes. 

Lyndon has a special interest in:

  • Neck, shoulder, back, hip, knee, and ankle conditions
  • Post-surgical rehabilitation
  • Sports-related injuries
  • Performance optimisation for athletes of all levels

Outside the clinic, Lyndon maintains an active lifestyle by combining powerlifting training with calisthenics, running, and plyometrics. He’s also an avid traveller with a particular fondness for exploring international cuisine, especially Korean and Japanese BBQ. When not treating patients or training, you’ll likely find him spending time with his favourite animal – golden retrievers.
