Field Based Rehabilitation
The transition from your gym based rehabilitation to the field is essential to optimise your return to play and performance post any injury.
Our field based rehabilitation sessions are conducted at the Hangar clinic (Tullamarine) on the pristine ovals used by the Essendon Football Club and Western United Soccer Club.

The sessions are specifically tailored to the individual and their injury. We see our field based sessions as a true necessity for any ACL (knee) injury, longer term ankles & soft tissue injuries.
