Josephine Wilson - Physiotherapist & Pilates Clinician
Josephine is an experienced physiotherapist with over five years of clinical practice. A graduate of Charles Sturt University, and commencing her Masters of Sports Physiotherapy in 2026.
Currently, Josephine works as the Head Physiotherapist within the Women’s Program at Avondale FC. She has previously worked with the Williamstown VFLW program.
Josephine has completed advanced training in Dry Needling, Strength and Conditioning (Level 1), and Advanced Manual Therapy, which allows her to offer tailored care to the needs of each patient. Her broad skill set ensures she can provide the best possible treatment for a range of conditions, from everyday musculoskeletal complaints to complex sports injuries.
