WHY THE WHOLE TEAM MATTERS

Experts in Physiotherapy & Rehabilitation

Our vision is simple: to deliver high-quality, trustworthy care that our community confidently recommends. We want every patient to feel valued, heard, and genuinely cared for, regardless of which physiotherapist they see.

At Complete Balance, we don’t just treat injuries. We restore balance and rebuild confidence.

TRUSTED SPORTING & COMMUNITY PARTNERS

Does this sound familiar?

I need help yet I just see how it goes for another week.

Leaving your pain linger longer only extends the recovery time. Get it assessed and addressed today.

01 I feel like it needs stretching, but the pain just does not go away.

02 I was told to ‘rest it’ yet the pain just comes straight back.

03 Recovering from surgery and not entirely sure you’re progressing at the right pace.

04 Can’t complete full training session or run without pain creeping back.

05 Feeling mentally fatigues due to a constant niggle or pain.

WHY COMPLETE BALANCE

We measure. We don't guess.

Four things patients consistently tell us they didn’t get at their last clinic.

Top 5% qualified

Every physio holds a Postgraduate Masters in Sports Physiotherapy — the same qualification held by fewer than 5% of Australian physios.

Force Plate testing

Objective, data-backed proof of strength and load readiness before we clear you to return — not a guess based on how it “feels.”

45 unhurried minutes

Your first visit is a full assessment, not a rushed 15-minute slot — enough time to actually explain what’s wrong and why.

On-site rehab gym + Pilates

Treatment doesn’t stop at hands-on work — progress through a full rehab gym and reformer Pilates program, same roof, same team.

WHAT WE TREAT

Services built around one goal
— getting you back to full load.

Sports Physiotherapy

Assessment, hands-on treatment and return-to-play planning for training and match-day injuries.

Injury & Post-Surgical Rehab

Staged, structured rehab from week one after surgery through to full function and confidence.

ACL & Strength Rehab

Force Plate-tested strength benchmarks before you’re cleared back to sport — proof, not a guess.

Clinical & Reformer Pilates

Small-class and 1:1 sessions building control, core strength and long-term injury prevention.

Myotherapy & Massage

Soft-tissue treatment for tightness, tension and recovery between rehab or training sessions.

Podiatry

Gait, footwear and lower-limb assessment under the same roof as your physio treatment.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Quick questions, answered.

Do I need a referral to see a physio?

No — private patients can book directly with no GP referral needed. We also accept Medicare EPC, WorkCover and TAC referrals if you have one.

Can I claim on my private health fund on the spot?

Yes. We claim on the spot with all major private health funds, so you only pay the gap at the time of your visit.

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Any imaging or specialist reports you have, a list of current medications, and whatever you’d normally train or work in — we’ll often assess you moving.

How soon can I get an appointment?

We hold same-week appointments at both clinics most weeks. Book online and pick the next available time that suits you.

Do you only treat athletes?

Not at all. A large share of what we see is everyday injuries, post-surgical rehab and persistent pain — the same rigour, just without the guernsey.

READY WHEN YOU ARE

Stop managing it. Start fixing it.
